A great way to throw some cardio into your strength workout is by adding sets of mountain climbers. This easy to learn move strengthens your core, legs, and arms all while improving your cardiovascular system. To perform a mountain climber, get down in plank position and bring your right knee up to your chest and then bring it back to the start position all while keeping your core tight and your back straight. Then do the same thing on the left side. As you get the hang of this, keep alternating legs at a quick but controlled pace. Try doing sets of 15, 25, or even 50 depending on your level.
